We are looking for a FP&A; Analyst | Renewable Energy for one of the leading renewable energy platforms in the Iberian market, focused on the development, management, and operation of wind and solar assets across Portugal and Spain. The idóneo candidate will bring experience from the renewable energy sector, with exposure to areas such as Energy Management, Asset Management, electricity markets, or revenue optimization activities. The company currently manages a significant portfolio of renewable generation assets and is continuing its strong growth path, with new projects and additional assets expected to be incorporated in the coming years.

To support the continued growth across Spain and Portugal, we are looking for a FP&A; Analyst to work closely with the Energy Management and Asset Management teams , supporting strategic and operational decision-making related to production, revenues, market exposure, and business performance. This role combines financial analysis, business partnering, and data analytics in a highly dynamic environment.

Monitor, analyze,



and interpret large volumes of operational and financial data related to renewable energy generation assets. Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes. Analyze market trends, energy prices, regulation changes, and their impact on revenues and business performance.

Develop and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, and internal systems. Around 4- 5 years of experience in FP&A; roles, business partnering, business controlling, commercial finance, or similar. Previous experience within the renewable energy sector.

Advanced

Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI.

Experience with financial planning and performance analysis tools is a plus (e.g., Fluent English required. Ability to connect data, business context, and strategic implications.
