CarlingPetri is looking for an experienced Freelance Photographer & Videographer for a long-term creative collaboration.

We’re looking for a highly visual and creative professional who can help us elevate our photography and video production across real estate, lifestyle, people and social media .

THE ROLE The collaboration will focus on producing high-quality visual content across:

- Luxury real estate photography
- Property videos
- Social-first video and Reels
- Lifestyle and brand photography
- Team and behind-the-scenes content
- Interviews and talking-to-camera content
- Events and brand activations
- Creative campaigns
- Drone photography and videography
- Video editing and post-production

A key part of the role will be creating video content featuring people — including interviews, talking-head videos, Reels and other social formats.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Professional experience in photography and videography
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and video
- Professional camera equipment and technical knowledge
- Drone photography and videography experience
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling
- Strong video editing skills with a social-media-first approach
- Experience editing Reels, short-form video and other vertical formats
- Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, subtitles, music and storytelling for social media
- Experience filming people confidently and naturally
- Experience with microphones, audio recording and interview setups
- Ability to understand and adapt to a brand’s visual identity, aesthetic and creative direction
- Creative mindset and ability to contribute ideas
- Experience using AI tools within photography,



video, editing or creative workflows
- Interest in new creative technologies and willingness to experiment with them where they add value
- Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, architecture, interiors or lifestyle is a plus

THE RIGHT PERSON We’re looking for someone who can combine professional production quality with social media creativity .

Someone who understands that great content isn't only about beautiful images — it is also about storytelling, people, personality, sound, pacing and knowing what works on social media.

You should be able to elevate the CarlingPetri visual identity and translate it consistently across different types of content, while also bringing your own creative perspective and ideas.

THE COLLABORATION

We’re looking to establish a long-term freelance collaboration with a reliable creative professional who can support our ongoing photography and video production needs.

The scope will vary depending on current projects and campaigns and may include property shoots, brand content, social media production, people-focused content, events and other creative projects.
