About the Role

Join our Legal team as a Legal Trainee and gain valuable exposure to legal and regulatory activities within a leading international Wealthtech company.

Key Responsibilities

- Legal & Regulatory Support
- Review representation agreements.
- Support activities related to CNMV requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documentation.
- Update and maintain internal databases.
- Support due diligence activities.

Learning & Development

As part of this trainee role, you will:

- Gain exposure to financial regulation and regulatory frameworks within the investment industry.
- Develop practical knowledge of legal documentation and contractual processes.
- Build experience in due diligence and regulatory-related activities.




- Learn how legal teams support business operations within an international financial services organization.
- Work closely with experienced professionals and receive ongoing feedback and development opportunities.

About You

Required:

- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Proactive individual with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Availability to undertake a full-time internship.
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to develop professionally.
