Job Overview: You will play a critical role in identifying acquisition opportunities, building M&A; target pipeline and broker/advisor network, and scheduling meetings with prospective sellers. A successful candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills, project and time management skills, relationship management, ability to sift through large amounts of data, high degree of attention to detail, and be extremely organized. This role requires the candidate to be on-site at the office during all business days.

Identify potential target M&A; opportunities and evaluate their fit with existing business modelsBuild and maintain a detailed opportunity funnel to ensure a steady deal flowBuild and maintain a detailed M&A; broker contact listCollecting and consolidating company and industry dataGather information related to M&A; target companies via publicly available informationBuild and maintain internal databases, and regularly update the teamSetup meetings with potential targets and senior managementBuild and maintain relationship with potential sellers and brokersIdentify and evaluate industry verticals for investment opportunitiesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related fieldExcellent communication and relationship management skills.
