At Salas Montalvo, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join an international logistics company with a highly automated facility located in Noblejas (Toledo) .
We are looking for someone with solid experience in industrial maintenance, used to leading technical teams and working in demanding, highly automated environments.
What will your role involve?
You will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the site’s facilities and equipment, coordinating preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities and leading the local maintenance team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a maintenance team
- Planning and supervising preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
- Analysing technical issues and setting intervention priorities.
- Developing and improving maintenance plans and procedures.
- Ensuring facilities and equipment are properly maintained and meet safety standards.
- Coordinating external suppliers and maintenance contractors.
- Managing the maintenance budget and monitoring costs.
- Monitoring maintenance KPIs and reporting directly to the Site Manager.
- Supporting continuous improvement in a highly automated and technology-driven environment.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Previous experience leading maintenance teams.
- Experience working in highly automated industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
- Experience managing external suppliers, maintenance contracts, budgets and costs.
- C1 level of English is required, as the role involves working in an international environment.
We are looking for someone who can organise, prioritise and lead, while also having the technical knowledge needed to understand the operation and actively contribute to improving the maintenance function.
