At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join an international digital transformation and product development environment, contributing to innovative digital solutions within the technology and digital transformation industry.

? Main responsibilities:

- Act as an ambassador for Agile values, promoting an Agile mindset and Agile frameworks across teams
- Guide and coach product teams, supporting Product Owners in delivering continuous customer value
- Remove impediments and support teams as a servant leader with a strong hands-on approach
- Foster collaboration, empathy, and effective communication to help resolve conflicts and strengthen team dynamics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and encourage innovative and creative solutions
- Support teams in delivering high-quality digital products and solutions efficiently and pragmatically
- Actively participate in the Agile Community and contribute to Agile best practices
- Work within an international and multicultural environment, collaborating with diverse teams

? Who are you?

- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working within Agile teams
- Strong Agile mindset with proven experience implementing agility in cross-functional teams
- Solid knowledge of Scrum Master practices, Agile methodologies, and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Understanding of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products
- Strong servant leadership skills with a proactive and hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to step outside your comfort zone when needed
