Shine is seeking a People Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding growth, change and organizational evolution across one or two tribes. You will report to the PBP Team Lead and collaborate with a team of four People Business Partners.
In this role, you will strengthen organizational effectiveness, develop talent and support high-performing teams in a fast-moving environment. You'll help shape better ways of working with data-driven insights.
