We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and people-focused Labor Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers, employees, and HR colleagues on labor relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting positive employee relations across the organization. You will play a key role in managing employee relations cases, advising on labor law matters, supporting negotiations and consultation processes, and contributing to a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Job Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day guidance and support to managers and HR teams on employee and labor relations matters. * Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary processes, grievances, workplace investigations, performance-related matters, and conflict resolution. * Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, internal policies, and company procedures. * Partner with business leaders to proactively identify and mitigate labor relations risks. * Support organizational changes, restructures, workforce consultations, and other labor-related initiatives. * Prepare, review, and maintain employment documentation, communications, and case records. * Collaborate with legal counsel and external advisors when required. * Monitor updates to employment legislation and assess their impact on the business. * Support collective labor relations activities,



including interactions with employee representatives, workers councils, and unions where applicable. * Deliver practical training and guidance to managers on employee relations best practices and labor law compliance. * Analyze employee relations trends and provide recommendations to enhance the employee experience and reduce risk. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and tools. Required Skills and Experience * Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor relations, employee relations, employment law, or a similar HR-focused role. * Experience managing employee relations cases independently from initiation through resolution. * Experience working in a fast-paced, international, and changing business environment. * Previous experience within technology, digital, travel, or multinational organizations is highly valued. * Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employee relations practices. * Highly hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving. * Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. * Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities. * Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a risk-management perspective. * Collaborative team player who builds effective relationships across all levels of the organization. * Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and positive workplace culture. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Languages * Advanced English (C1 level or equivalent). * Advanced Spanish (C1 level or equivalent). * Additional languages are a plus.
