You will originate opportunities, lead complex negotiations, and coordinate with Legal, Tax, Finance, Strategy and operations to deliver value for a fast-paced, publicly listed group.
The role requires 8–10+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Development, with strong financial modeling, valuation and stakeholder management skills.
