Does this sound like the right place for you?What you will do: Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for a portfolio of enterprise and high-value customers — building trust from engineers to the C-suiteCollaborate with customer teams on Sysdig deployments, architecture, and operational best practicesDrive alignment between customer business goals and Sysdig's technical capabilities through Success Planning and Outcome MappingLead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and ongoing strategic touchpoints with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDevelop deep knowledge of customer environments to proactively identify risks and opportunities for optimization, expansion,
and innovationLead and contribute to hands‑on workshops that help customers unlock the full value of the Sysdig platformSupport Sales in renewal and expansion discussions by demonstrating measurable value realization and usage growthIdentify and mitigate account risk early through health monitoring, technical diagnostics, and stakeholder alignmentBe an advocate for customer requirements, partnering with Product and Engineering to align roadmap initiativesPartner with Support and Professional Services to ensure high-quality solutions and efficient issue resolutionMentor junior CSMs/CSEs and contribute to best practices, process improvements, and internal enablementWhat you will bring with you: 7+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Strategic/Technical Consulting at a SaaS or cybersecurity companyProven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and navigating complex organizationsHands‑on experience installing and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes; experience working with container based solutionsStrong understanding of cloud-native applications, platforms, security, automation, and DevSecOps across AWS, Azure,
