Signed agreement with your academic centre MANDATORYAs a CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE within the Research Expansion & Strategic Partnerships unit, you will provide research and administrative support to the team as it expands MEDSIR's network of Clinical Investigators (PIs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), oncology institutions, foundations, and strategic collaborators across the EU and U.S. markets. This is an entry-level, learning-oriented position focused on building foundational skills in oncology research, documentation, and stakeholder tracking. This position reports to the Research Expansion & Strategic Partnerships ManagerHOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:- Support the team in identifying and researching potential Clinical Investigators, KOLs, and institutions across the EU and U.S. that could be of interest for MEDSIR's clinical development strategy.- Compile background information (publications, affiliations, research interests) on investigators, institutions, foundations, and public funds identified by the team.- Perform bibliographic research (PubMed, ResearchGate) to stay updated on relevant oncological indications and support early scientific discussions led by the Specialist or Manager.- Help prepare site-related materials, such as background summaries or documentation drafts, in support of feasibility and site-visit activities.- Assist in preparing draft scientific, operational, and market-based documentation (e.g., slide sets, briefing notes)
for new clinical trial ideas, under supervision.- Support coordination with Marketing and Scientific Impact by helping compile outreach lists and pre/post-conference materials for the EU and U.S. markets.- Keep CRM and internal tracking documents updated with information on PIs, KOLs, institutions, and partners across the EU and U.S.- Provide administrative and logistical support for team collaboration with Scientific Division, Clinical Operations, Strategic Services, and Marketing.- Support preparation for priority oncology congresses (EU and U.S.), including background research on attendees and institutions, and post-event note compilation.- Assist in organizing information on investigator- and institution-specific needs identified by the team, for review by the Specialist or Manager.- Protect information from unauthorised use or access and notify the Information Security Officer and the Management System Officer in the event of such unauthorised access or use.- Abide by the internal regulations, raise concerns and breaches related to compliance obligations, and collaborate with Ethics & Compliance as required.- Participate in scheduled company trainings.WHAT DO WE VALUE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY?- A university degree in a health-related field (Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedicine, Genetic, Biotechnology, Medicine, etc).- Have exposure/understanding of the drug and clinical development process, preferably in the field of oncology.- Specific or general training in clinical trials will be highly valued.- Academic formation in the field of oncology (knowledge of altered pathways, molecular signaling, different types of tumors, etc.).- Knowledge of Pubmed and researchgate, able to select high-quality scientific articles and extract information.- Good English knowledge (both writing and speaking, a minimum B2, C1 preferred). Additional language knowledge would be highly evaluated.- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation,
