Project Procurement Delivery Manager
Location: Walloon Region, Brussels (hybrid working model)

Overview
We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation seeking an experienced Project Procurement Delivery Manager to lead procurement activities across a portfolio of large-scale CAPEX, engineering, and infrastructure projects. This role will be responsible for driving procurement strategy, commercial excellence, supplier engagement, contract negotiations, and project procurement governance while working closely with Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Legal, Quality, EHS, and Operations teams. The successful consultant will ensure procurement is embedded throughout the project lifecycle and supports the delivery of complex general investment programmes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering procurement for major CAPEX, engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project procurement planning, sourcing strategy, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
- Proven experience supporting high-value investment programmes within highly regulated environments.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Legal, Project Controls, Quality,
and Operations.
- Ability to build procurement resource plans and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
- Experience leading supplier negotiations and managing complex commercial agreements.
Hard Skills
- Strong experience leading procurement activities across major CAPEX, engineering, and infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in sourcing strategy, supplier management, and complex contract negotiations.
- Proven ability to manage commercial risk, procurement governance, and project delivery within regulated environments.
Soft Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities, balancing commercial value with project objectives.
- Strategic, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to delivering complex projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPM, PMP or equivalent are advantageous.
