Principal AI Engineer

Here at Anson McCade we are working with a market leading AI EdTech client who require a Principal AI Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered learning products.

Reporting directly to the founding team, you'll play a key role in defining both the product vision and technical strategy. This is a highly hands-on leadership role for someone who has successfully built and scaled production AI systems and enjoys operating with significant ownership.

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience building and shipping AI/ML products to production.
- Track record delivering customer-facing AI products at scale.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and builder mentality.
- Experience leading technical direction across complex AI initiatives.




- Product mindset with the ability to influence what gets built, not just how it's built.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with minimal product management overhead.
