About Brolutions

Brolutions is a Brussels-based house of mission-driven consumer brands — Bambaw, Bambaw Cozy, Oravix, and Arista Ayurveda — making everyday life simpler, healthier, and more sustainable. We design our own products, produce them with partner factories in Asia and Europe, and sell them across Amazon (EU, UK, US, CA), our own webshops, and wholesale. 25+ people, €16M revenue, growing 24% a year.

The role

You will run our product launch engine. We bring 12+ new products to market every year across hard goods, home textiles, and formulations — and you own the system that makes it happen: the portfolio, the gates, the deadlines, the budgets, and the pipeline of what comes next. You lead a team of three (growing to four) product developers who own the technical work. You won’t design products — you’ll make sure everything they build reaches the market on time, on margin, and fully integrated into our systems and channels.

What you’ll do

- Run 6–9 concurrent development projects through our stage-gate NPI process, from validated opportunity to post-launch review
- Chair gate reviews and own the business go/no-go decisions, with your developers’ technical sign-off as your counterpart
- Lead and coach the product development team — specialists who know more about materials and manufacturing than you do
- Keep the pipeline of future products rated and prioritized with our commercial teams, so the next project is always ready




- Coordinate factories and suppliers on timelines and samples (2–3 Asia trips per year), with procurement and legal partners at your side
- Connect product development with marketing, procurement, logistics, and channel teams — you are the person who makes launches converge

Who you are

- 5–7 years launching physical consumer products, with several launches owned end to end
- You’ve run multi-project portfolios and can name the dates you committed to — and what you did when one slipped
- You’ve managed experts more expert than yourself, and added value through planning, clarity, and unblocking
- You know factories: sample rounds, MOQs, tooling, lead times
- Structured but pragmatic; you write things down; fluent English; based in or relocating to Brussels
