We are recruiting for an experienced IT Project Manager with proven delivery in Mainframe specific projects. This role sits within a large portfolio of IT Change and Transformation projects for a renowned European Bank.

You will be accountable for the full Project Delivery including Governance & Planning, Stakeholder Management and Engagement, Reporting & Communication, Financial & Commercial Management plus Continuous Improvement.

We're looking for:

· Strong experience in IT Project Management

· Ability to manage large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives

· Knowledge of Mainframe technologies and environment

· Prior Banking project leadership experience is a strong advantage

· Good understanding of both business and technical environments

· Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

· Experience with enterprise delivery frameworks and governance

· Experience in data/analytics projects is a strong advantage
