Oracle Fusion ERP BI Reporting Lead (Dutch Speaking)

The Opportunity

We are supporting a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP BI Reporting Lead to own and drive the reporting workstream from design through to post go-live support.

This is a high-profile leadership position where you will work closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, functional leads and technical teams to define and deliver the overall reporting strategy across the programme.

The successful candidate will combine deep Oracle reporting expertise with strong functional knowledge and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Oracle Fusion ERP Reporting workstream throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Define and execute the reporting strategy from project initiation through to post go-live.
- Act as the primary reporting lead for both business and technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architects and solution teams to define the reporting architecture and approach.
- Design reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities while advising where standard functionality should be utilised versus where customisation is appropriate.
- Lead discussions around reporting requirements, governance and best practice.
- Coordinate the delivery of standard and customised reports across the programme.
- Provide leadership throughout configuration, build, testing and deployment phases.
- Support reporting activities during testing in 2027 and continue driving reporting improvements after the January 2028 go-live.

Required Experience





- Extensive experience delivering reporting solutions on Oracle Fusion ERP programmes.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) (essential).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher.
- Excellent understanding of Oracle Fusion standard reporting capabilities and reporting best practices.
- Experience determining when standard reporting should be used versus customised reporting solutions.
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Experience leading reporting workstreams on large-scale ERP implementations.
- Ability to engage confidently with Enterprise Architects and senior business stakeholders on both technical and functional topics.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on complex enterprise transformation programmes.

Working Arrangements

- Minimum 2 days per week onsite, although some weeks may require one day and others up to three depending on programme needs.
- Typical onsite days are Tuesday and Wednesday, subject to customer requirements.
- Travel expenses should be incorporated into the daily rate or clearly identified when submitting a profile.

Project Timeline

- Immediate start preferred.
- Oracle Fusion ERP go-live scheduled for 1 January 2028.
- Reporting activities will continue throughout the implementation, testing and beyond go-live, with an expected engagement of approximately 18 months and potential extension.
