Your future duties and responsibilities:
Provide support to users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Log, categorize, and track incidents and service requests.
Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of technical issues.
Resolve common and routine issues.
Monitor and follow up on tickets until resolution and closure.
Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
High Norway/English/Spanish Mandatory .
Customer service experience (used ticket system).
