In this role you will support Air Liquide IT SA’s HR department across global projects, data analysis, and process improvements. You will help drive HR initiatives like talent acquisition, learning and development, and digital transformation. You will collect and interpret HR data to deliver insights to leadership and support new policies and tools. You will collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and maintain accurate HR information systems. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented role in a multinational team.

• Plan, execute, and monitor HR projects (talent acquisition, Lu0026D, performance management, HR digital transformation)
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate reports and actionable insights
• Support development and implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and tools




• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and regions for project delivery
• Prepare presentations and communications for HR initiatives
• Participate in HR process optimization and propose improvements
• Maintain and update HRIS and databases ensuring data accuracy
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in a related field
• Prior internship or professional experience in HR or project management is a plus
• xqbhyrx Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal English; French proficiency is a strong asset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented with strong responsibility
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
