/li /br /ul /brul /brliAt least 4 years’ proven experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer delivering end-to-end product flows, ideally in fintech, banking, or regulated environments. /li /brliExperiences in designing for multiple plattforms including mobile web applications or even native apps. /li /brliStrong portfolio with 1–2 case studies showing research, design decisions, and measurable outcomes (preferably onboarding or application flows). /li /brliProficiency in Figma for design and handoff. /li /brliExperience running user research and translating insights into actionable design changes. /li /brliDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance. /li /brliFluent English communication skills; German is a bonus.
