Let's dive right in: /p /brul /brliDraft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including sales, supply, service, procurement, confidentiality, and partnership contracts. /li /brliProvide clear, pragmatic legal advice to Sales, Project Management, Service, Finance, and other internal stakeholders. /li /brliIdentify contractual, commercial, and regulatory risks and propose practical mitigation measures. /li /brliSupport the full contract lifecycle, from template preparation and negotiations through execution, amendments, and contract administration. /li /brliEnsure contracts and internal processes align with applicable Spanish law, company policies, and compliance requirements. /li /brliCollaborate with EMEA Legal colleagues and external counsel on complex legal matters, claims, disputes, and corporate topics. /li /br /ul /brbr/ /brh3Your profile /h3 /brpThat sounds exciting, right?
