The Opportunity

As a Territory Entrepreneur & Business Owner you will develop the local business, customer

base and team in Spain.

HI will provide:

- The assessment platform and technology
- Product development and innovation
- Psychometric expertise and methodology
- Brand, commercial know-how and operational support
- A global community of entrepreneurs driving HI across markets
- Regular gatherings, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the HI community

You keep the majority of the revenue you generate during the early build-up phase, giving

you strong incentive and cash flow to reinvest in growing your team and market. As your

territory matures, you move into an equal, long-term partnership with HI - and as HI scales





internationally, successful Territory Entrepreneurs & Business Owners also participate infuture strategic value creation, including potential acquisitions and roll-up opportunities.

Our customers generate strong, recurring annual value, with most signing multi-year

agreements paid in advance - meaning you don't need hundreds of customers to build a

meaningful, high-value business. Our ambition is to build a global network of entrepreneurial

You already have an established network within one or more of: HR leaders, CHROs, Talent Acquisition leaders, recruitment agencies, executive search firms or People & Culture communities - in Spain. You are known in the market and have credibility among decision-makers.
