In this role you bridge product features with the underlying infrastructure, guiding delivery and operations for the Infrastructure team as it scales. You will coordinate cross-squad work, align internal stakeholders, and maintain clear documentation to support Cloud-based product capabilities. Your focus is on governance, timelines, and metrics to free engineers to execute, while ensuring environments and vendor relationships run smoothly. This is an opportunity to shape how a growing Platform Domain delivers reliable, scalable product features.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Drive agile ceremonies and track timelines across three sub-squads to land major initiatives
• Act as the primary contact for engineering and product teams, translating infrastructure concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Coordinate QA, validation, and rollout of new environments (testing, staging, production) with product teams
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain clear,
structured internal documentation for architectures and configurations
• Define, track, and report KPIs and SLOs to quantify business impact of infrastructure initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Product-first mindset with understanding of SaaS, multi-tenancy, and how features rely on back-end systems
• 1–3 years of project management experience in fast-paced tech environments (Product/Project Ops, Scrum Master/Agile Coach)
• Strong organizational xqbhyrx skills to break down multi-quarter initiatives into milestones and tasks
• Excellent communication to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Eagerness to learn cloud basics and understand which providers and vendors support product capabilities
