Novartis seeks a Clinical Study Data Lead to shape data strategy across multiple trials from our Barcelona site. The role is hybrid with about 12 days onsite per month, supporting general trial delivery in a fast-paced R&D; environment.
You will lead end-to-end clinical data management activities, drive data standards, and ensure inspection readiness and timely Health Authority submissions, collaborating with trial teams and cross-functional partners.
