We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our internal consulting team responsible for leading the digital transformation of the company. You will work on projects under Agile methodology, identifying opportunities for automation and AI, and providing advice to stakeholders on innovative technologies. You will participate in a dynamic environment where your ideas drive real change.
What You Will Do
You will work on projects from requirements gathering to technical design, applying Design Thinking and critical thinking to focus solutions on the user. You will provide advice on process efficiency and service improvement, and participate in multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM disciplines
- 2+ years of experience in consulting or process transformation projects
- Certifications in AI Business Solutions (Microsoft AI-900/901, AB-730, etc.)
- Knowledge in Service Now and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
