What you'll do

- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify and onboard new partners that align with Urbansportsclub's mission and values, expanding our service offerings.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction, driving increased usage of our platform.
- Analyze partner performance metrics and provide insights to improve collaboration and outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create joint promotional campaigns that benefit both Urbansportsclub and its partners.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with partners to discuss performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on partner performance, trends, and opportunities to senior management.




- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for partnership growth.
- Organize and participate in events and workshops that promote partnership opportunities and foster community engagement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Provide training and support to partners on how to effectively utilize Urbansportsclub's platform and services.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage partnerships effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,



demonstrating initiative and creativity.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
