A private company in the technical services and construction sector is currently seeking a qualified Building Construction Foreman to join their team in Palma. In this key role, you will take direct responsibility for supervising on-site building projects, leading day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of execution. As a Building Construction Foreman, your main daily mission is to guarantee that construction work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to technical standards. Your responsibilities include:

- Coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all building work and physical execution on site.
- Managing and optimizing on-site technical resources, construction equipment, and materials.
- Controlling and supervising external subcontractors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Enforcing occupational safety guidelines and maintaining strict site oversight.
- Serving as the central point of contact on site to ensure smooth work sequences and team alignment.

To qualify for this role,



you must bring practical experience and specific mandatory safety certifications. Requirements include:

- Solid, proven professional experience working as a construction foreman or site supervisor.
- A valid driving license along with your own vehicle to ensure full mobility.
- Mandatory 20-hour Construction Occupational Risk Prevention course certificate (PRL 20h de construcción).
- Mandatory Preventive Resource training certificate (Curso de Recurso Preventivo).
- Vocational training (FP) in construction, building, or civil works is highly valued.
- Complementary education in construction management, planning, or site supervision is considered a strong advantage.

This full-time job offer features a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week with weekends off. The salary for this position is negotiable and will be agreed upon during the selection process according to your professional background and qualifications. You will be working directly in Palma, Mallorca, within a structured private sector environment.
