You will ensure the correct coordination, monitoring, and resolution of technical service incidents and the planning and execution of installations, acting as a link between customers, technicians, external companies, production facility, and internal departments.
You will also make sure there is compliance with deadlines, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
What would be your main tasks?
Full coordination, control, monitoring of Technical Assistance Service and analysis of all open incidents in the system (SAP); active follow-up of incident resolutions through communication with internal technicians, external/subcontracted companies, factory and warehouse
Prioritization and rescheduling of technicians’ and external companies’ work based on urgency, customer impact, or contractual commitments
Requesting spare parts from the factory, monitoring orders, and claiming in case of delays or incidents
Proactive communication with customers regarding the status of their incidents when required
Coordination of installations and deliveries, coordination with the factory on delivery schedules: confirmation of factory dispatch dates; confirmation of expected delivery dates to the end customer
Communication with the end customer to validate feasibility of the proposed schedule and agree on changes when necessary
Verification of access and unloading conditions at customer facilities (truck access, time restrictions, need for special equipment such as cranes or platforms) and ensuring appropriate transport type and logistics resources in each case
Daily use of SAP for incidents, orders, delivery, and follow-up management
Accurate recording and regular updating of information in systems
Support continuous improvement of after-sales and installation processes
What do we expect?
English (B2 - C1): mandatory for daily communication with the factory
Native or bilingual Spanish
Higher vocational training or university degree related to: technical/industrial engineering, logistics or operations
Previous experience (minimum 2-3 years) in: t echnical service coordination, industrial after-sales, installation management or technical logistics, preferably in medical equipment, capital goods or technological sector
Experience in regular interaction with factories or international headquarters, especially regarding spare parts management, logistics and delivery coordination
Advanced user of Microsoft Office; expericence with SAP is mandatory
Customer orientation, proactivity and initiative
Stress resistance and ability to manage urgent incidents
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Attention to detail and administrative rigidity
Previous experience in a multinational environment is advantageous
Experience with hospital clients or public institutions is advantageous
