In this role, you will be responsible for promoting innovative medical device solutions, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets within your assigned geographic territory.

Responsibilities * Achieve sales objectives and market share growth within the assigned territory. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including endocrinologists, certified diabetes educators (CDEs), and other healthcare professionals. * Promote and demonstrate the product portfolio, including related data management software and competitive products. * Conduct training programs for customers to ensure effective product use.



* Collaborate with managed care organizations and understand their decision-making processes. * Represent the company at professional diabetes organizations and events within the region. * Plan and execute sales promotions and customer loyalty initiatives. * Work closely with internal teams, including commercial and corporate office colleagues, to ensure seamless operations. * Complete administrative tasks and manage the territory budget efficiently. * Travel within the assigned region, including occasional overnight stays, to meet business needs.

Key Skills and Requirements * Bachelor's degree required. * Proven track record in sales, preferably in medical devices or diabetes-related fields. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals. * Proficiency in using computers and data management tools. * Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
