In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks: YOUR TASKS: * Lead and develop a team of software engineers for site assessment tooling (technical and disciplinary leadership) * Coach, mentor, and develop team members * Conduct performance reviews and career development planning * Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture * Resolve conflicts and remove impediments for the team * Support hiring and onboarding of new team members * Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products * Drive agile development practices (Scrum) and continuous improvement * Monitor KPIs, product performance, and team productivity * Strong background in software development (e.g., C#, Python, Angular or similar) * Solid understanding of system architecture and modern development practices * Familiarity with Dev

Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments * Ability to make informed technical decisions and guide the team YOUR PROFILE: * MSc or higher in (Software) Engineering,



Computer Sciences * Product Owner Training or comparable * At least 5 years of relevant professional experience * Advanced English level (C1 or above).
