Monzo is seeking a seasoned Risk Assurance Manager for its Barcelona base, within the Risk Assurance team. You will design, execute and report on 2LOD reviews spanning conduct, financial crime, IT, and other risk areas, ensuring EU-wide adherence to the enterprise risk framework.
You will lead assurance activities, collaborate with 1LOD and Internal Audit, and promote a strong risk culture while supporting senior management and the Board.
