About the Role About Us Founded in 2006, AVS Added Value Solutions is a leading high-tech engineering company with 20 years of experience delivering complex, pivotal projects across Fusion Energy, Scientific Innovation, Particle Accelerators, and Space.

Our track record includes three proprietary LUR-family satellites currently in orbit, which have successfully demonstrated the maturity of our platform architecture, subsystems, and LEO operations.

Building on this flight heritage, we leverage our modular LUR-100 platform to support demanding institutional missions, including the ESA ARRAKIHS project and the development of the Canary Islands Satellite Constellation (Constelación Canaria).

To drive these ambitious initiatives forward, we are currently scaling our Space Division to advance our Small

Sat capabilities.

About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the execution of business agreements and project tasks, bridging the gap between high-level executive requirements and daily team operations.

You will act as the programmatic conscience for our missions, navigating the intersection of institutional-grade rigor and the fast-paced, iterative nature of New

Space to ensure we deliver high-reliability missions while maintaining agility.

Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the project team, maintaining direct authority and responsibility for all project personnel and fostering a culture of operational transparency. * Orchestrate technical interdependencies by interfacing directly with Design, Procurement, Production,



and Integration teams to ensure programmatic alignment. * Proactively identify, track, and mitigate programmatic and technical risks (Phases B2/C/D), and manage mission operation tasks to ensure successful deployment. * Prepare status reports for executive boards and maintain direct access to the management hierarchy to resolve conflicts at the appropriate organizational level. * Oversee project execution from RFQ/PO review through delivery, acting as a mandatory signatory for formal project documentation and ensuring delivery within budget and performance standards. * Create an integrated Master Schedule connecting detailed schedules and interface milestones, including those for subcontractors and Customer Furnished Items (CFI).

combined with proficiency in collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence. * Expert diplomacy in managing diverse stakeholder expectations and high-level strategic decision-making in complex environments. * Proven track record in supply chain bottleneck management, Critical Path Analysis (CPA), and integrated master scheduling. * Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience in high-reliability industries (e.g., Space, Defense, or Aerospace). * University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant business discipline.
