Key facts * Location: Almussafes, Valencia * Engagement: Full-time * Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience * Visa: Sponsorship available for qualified candidates What you'll do * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet client needs and enhance user experience. * Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment and maintenance. * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. * Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. * Assist in the development of technical specifications and project documentation to facilitate clear communication among team members. * Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products and processes. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and team members as needed. * Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table. * Mentor junior developers and interns, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of learning within the team. * Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. * Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share constructive feedback with peers. * Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.



* A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack capacity. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Java

Script, with a strong understanding of frameworks like React or Angular. * Experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases. * Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and collaborative development practices. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Knowledge of Dev

Ops practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello. * Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. * Previous experience in a client-facing role or working directly with customers.

Skills & tools * Proficient in software development tools and environments, including IDEs like Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ IDEA. * Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs. * Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools, such as JUnit or Selenium. * Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and scalability. * Experience with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.

Practical notes * This position is based in Almussafes, Valencia, and may require occasional travel for client meetings or project collaborations. * We offer a adaptable work environment with opportunities for remote work, depending on project needs. * Candidates must be eligible to work in Spain; visa sponsorship is available for the right individual.
