QLF Brands seeks a multilingual customer service employee for 40 hours/week at our head office in Barcelona.
You will be the first contact for European customers via email, phone or chat, and support our foreign teams.
Fluent in English and another European language such as Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or Greek, you will translate queries into correct solutions, help register orders and manage shipments in our CRM.
