Requirements * Proven experience in post-tensioning installation or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. * Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices related to post-tensioning systems. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. * Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction,



particularly regarding post-tensioning installations. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed. * Proficiency in using construction-related software and tools, including CAD programs and project management applications.
