As Integral IS Strategy Lead, you shape ABB’s IT strategy across units, geographies, and services. You will translate strategies into living roadmaps and actionable targets, guiding portfolio decisions and governance. You’ll partner with CIO, IT leaders, and senior stakeholders to simplify complex landscapes and drive business outcomes. This role blends strategic vision with pragmatic execution to transform IT strategy into daily practice, in a hybrid work setting.

Responsabilidades
• 12-15+ years of senior IT strategy/architecture/enterprise IT management experience
• Proven track record delivering enterprise IT strategies with measurable outcomes
• Deep knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, cloud computing, and emerging technologies
• Strong understanding of business strategy and IT-enabled competitive advantage
• Experience managing complex stakeholder ecosystems and influencing without authority
• Ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences and create xqbhyrx actionable direction
• Excellent strategic communication skills for C-suite and executives
• Proven change leadership and organizational influence for large teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with IT governance, portfolio management, and translating strategy into execution
• Familiarity with strategy frameworks and digital transformation models
• Fluent in English; comfortable with global and cross-cultural collaboration
• Hybrid work model experience with distributed stakeholders
• Proven ability to partner with IT architects and service delivery teams
