Position

Product Specialist

Responsibilities

-

- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.

- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; configure and develop product modifications to satisfy client needs.

- Act as a liaison between the client and the technical teams.

- Work self-directed and independently.

- Analyze critical issues and defects and provide SAP/OMS+ solutions accordingly.

- Utilize SAP knowledge and expertise to identify issues and implementation opportunities.

- Coordinate and run unit tests, integration tests, and regression test cycles.

Qualifications

-

- Minimum of 8 years of experience designing and configuring SD modules with at least 4 full-cycle implementation projects.

- In-depth experience of the SD functional module with a thorough understanding of cross-functional applications,



integrating other modules such as FI, MM, and LE.

- Excellent knowledge of SD concepts including customer and product hierarchy, catalogs, master contracts, variant configuration, serial numbers, batch management, pricing, make-to-order, stock transfer order, material determination, text determination, partner determination, availability check, and output types.

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.

- General understanding of accounting business processes (SD-related accounting documents).

- Material management and DMS knowledge is desired.

- Ability to work in a team environment and effectively interact with others.
