As part of the evolution in the Spanish market, the company is creating the position of Human Resources Director , reporting directly to the General Manager and becoming a member of the Executive Leadership Team. This newly created role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future organization, driving cultural transformation, developing leadership capabilities, and positioning Human Resources as a true strategic business partner.

THE PROJECT

The mission of the Country HR Leader will be to define and execute the people strategy for Spain, ensuring alignment between business objectives, organizational capabilities, and talent priorities. Acting as a strategic partner to the General Manager and leadership team, the role will drive initiatives related to organizational development, leadership effectiveness, talent attraction and retention, employee engagement, and cultural transformation. In addition, the Country HR Leader will contribute to preparing the organization for future growth by strengthening people processes, management capabilities, and organizational effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define and implement the Human Resources strategy for Spain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership team on all people-related matters, supporting decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead organizational development initiatives aimed at strengthening culture, leadership capabilities,



accountability, and employee engagement.
- Design and implement talent management programs covering attraction, development, succession planning, performance management, and retention.
- Support the evolution of the organization through change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, adoption, and alignment across teams.
- Drive leadership development programs to enhance management capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward policies, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, systems, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor key people metrics and HR performance indicators, leveraging data and analytics to support strategic workforce decisions.
- Foster a strong employee experience and employer brand, ensuring company remains an attractive destination for talent.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline. Postgraduate education will be considered a plus.
- Proven experience in senior Human Resources leadership roles, ideally within international, premium, luxury, retail, or consumer-oriented environments.
- Strong track record in organizational transformation, leadership development, and cultural change initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership teams.
- Solid understanding of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Experience managing change within evolving business environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience using people metrics, workforce analytics, and HR dashboards to support decision-making.
