In this Madrid-based BIM Manager role, you lead the BIM workstream within Turner u0026amp; Townsend’s Digital division, driving data-driven BIM delivery and governance across projects. You will liaise with stakeholders, apply a systematic approach, and oversee BIM requirements, model validation, and data verification. The role offers rotation across BIM and data-analysis projects, with impact on project outcomes and asset delivery. You will shape BIM strategy and empower teams to unlock connected data and automation.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of BIM management experience across architecture, engineering and construction
• English proficiency, Level C1 Advanced
• Advanced Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) skills
• Author BIM documentation (AIRs, EIRs, PIRs, BIM Execution Plans)
• Risk reporting and plain-language communication
• Consulting and business analysis skills
• Data xqbhyrx visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficiency in BIM authoring/coordination tools (Revit, AECOsim, Navisworks, Vectorworks, BIM Collab, Solibri Model Checker, IFC Checker)
• Knowledge of ISO19650 standards
• Ability to lead and support BIM implementation on major projects
• Assess BIM competency and approve BIM Execution Plans on behalf of client
• Lead model assurance and data analysis activities
• Facilitate BIM workshops
