- Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements

- Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications

- Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines

- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required

- Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery





- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines

- Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness

Requirements

-

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)

- Hands‑on experience in SAP HCM application. xqbhyrx Involvement in implementations is a plus

- In‑depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high‑quality HR system implementations/configurations

- Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information

- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client‑focused, collaborative mindset.
