We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Revenue Management team at Europcar. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing short- and medium-term pricing strategies across specific segments, channels, and geographical areas to achieve the company’s revenue targets.

This role combines analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with both local and central teams to ensure Europcar remains competitive in dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and adjust pricing strategies within assigned markets, segments, and vehicle categories.
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to identify opportunities and ensure strategic consistency.
- Contribute to demand forecasting (volume and price) and support revenue optimization initiatives.
- Leverage corporate pricing tools (RCM, Opticar, DPO) and propose new DPO pricing rules to streamline rate updates.
- Collaborate closely with the country Pricing department,



Capacity teams, and local Fleet Coordinators to align pricing with fleet availability and operational constraints.
- Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics, including seasonality, customer segmentation, booking behavior, and major events affecting demand.

About You

- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools.
- Experience or strong interest in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Market Analysis.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English and and Italian is highly recommended
