Your Responsibilities

- Manage customer billing and issue invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
- Handle billing-related queries from customers and suppliers.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable,



Billing or Accounting.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (preferred).
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with accounting software (Holded is a plus).
- Fluent English/Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

What We Offer
- Permanent full-time position.
- €30,000 gross annual salary.
