The Role

- Manage clinical trial packaging and distribution projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, budget, quality, and client expectations.
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project set-up, documentation, packaging, labelling, and distribution activities.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure continuous product availability.
- Work with IRT/RTSM systems, logistics providers, and general depots to support worldwide clinical trial supply.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP requirements, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and support mitigation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems,



and documentation.

Requirements

- 5+ years' experience in clinical trial supply, pharmaceutical operations, project management, or a related regulated environment.
- Experience in clinical packaging, labelling, distribution, or pharmaceutical supply chains.
- Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of IRT/RTSM systems and GMP/GDP regulations is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred. xhfqzwm Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.
