Key Responsibilities

- Structure the capital stack (equity, debt, VGF, institutional participation) and lead the financial closure strategy.
- Establish governance frameworks and build a high‑performing executive leadership team for phased airport development.
- Drive government interface, regulatory compliance, and project execution.




- Transition the founder‑led initiative into an institutional‑grade aviation platform.

Qualifications
- 18+ years of experience in airport infrastructure, aviation projects, or large‑scale infrastructure finance.
- Demonstrated exposure to capital raising, PPP models, regulatory interface, and project execution.
- Prior senior leadership or P&L; responsibility in aviation infrastructure strongly preferred.
- Strong government interface capability and financial discipline.

Compensation and Ownership
