We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to drive the functional evolution of a corporate intranet platform used across multiple business units within an international hospitality group.

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, working closely with UX/UI designers, software developers, and QA engineers to deliver intuitive, high-value features. While this is not a hands‑on coding role, a strong functional understanding of modern web architectures and the Microsoft Ecosystem is essential.

Responsibilities

- Product Ownership: Define the product roadmap, own and prioritize the Product Backlog, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Agile Facilitation: Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers on user flows, solution architects/developers on technical feasibility, and QA engineers on test scenarios.





- Functional Data Flows: Understand and map integration requirements involving SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and corporate databases .

Requirements

- Experience: 5 years in Digital Product Management or Functional Analysis (at least 3 years specifically as a Product Owner ).

- Domain: Experience delivering corporate portals, employee intranets, or internal enterprise applications.

- Methodologies: Strong hands‑on experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), story mapping, and backlog refinement.

- Technical Literacy: Comfortable discussing web technologies (React SPAs, .NET REST APIs, relational databases) and the Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, MS Graph).

- Languages: Conversational/fluent English proficiency is mandatory.

Nice to Have

- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.

- Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma). xhfqzwm
