We are looking for a Hospitality Host to support the host team and help maintain the calm rhythm and attention to detail that define the Riela experience. Responsibilities Anticipate needs before guests express them Maintain the atmosphere: pace, tone, and presence throughout the session Guide guests through the experience with discretion and warmth Ensure every transition, arrival, laundry, lockers, circuit, departure, is seamless Act as a standard-bearer for the Riela experience in every interaction You Are You have worked in 5-star hotel environments, luxury hospitality,
