Full Stack Developer – Retail Solutions Oliver Wyman, a general management consulting firm, is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the Retail Solutions team in Spain, with preferred locations of Madrid or Barcelona. Responsibilities Proactive curiosity and willingness to challenge status‑quo. Apply extensive engineering experience to deliver high‑quality solutions. Advocate for users, developing a deep understanding of their needs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams, manage expectations, and negotiate trade‑offs. Qualifications Proven track record developing analytical software with Python. Experience creating API services and interacting with data repositories. Experience deploying Docker containers. Knowledge of Node JS and Mongo DB is a plus. Additional skills: Databricks, Vue JS.



Retail industry experience (merchandising optimization, category management, promotions, pricing strategies, supplier negotiations, assortment/range management) is desirable.
