Job Responsibilities Handle the company’s local accounting in Spain, ensuring compliance with Spanish accounting standards and tax requirements.
Manage local accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer and supplier reconciliations, etc.
Follow up on local tax filings, monthly and annual closing, and related financial reports.
Optimize financial processes and improve the standardization and efficiency of finance operations.
Maintain communication with the headquarters finance team, external accounting firms,



and tax advisors.
Assist in building and managing the local finance team in Spain according to the company’s business development needs.
Requirements Familiar with Spanish accounting standards and local tax practices.
Experience in local finance, accounting, accounts receivable/payable, or general ledger.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred;
experience with other ERP or finance systems is also acceptable.
Finance experience in channel sales, distribution, retail, consumer electronics, or trading industries is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and awareness of process improvement.
Language: Chinese and Spanish can be used as working languages.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
