Hybrid in Barcelona Responsibilities Shape the strategic direction of the Service Now platform and advocate for its adoption across the organization. Provide governance and solution expertise to business units, implementation partners, and governance boards, ensuring alignment with business needs. Manage the intake and prioritization of Service Now demands and requirements, and facilitate alignment within governance structures. Architect and design Service Now solutions that support strategic and operational goals;
monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary. Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements,



working with relevant teams to uphold technical standards and best practices. Ensure compliance by collaborating with the Service Now account team, workers council, and other stakeholders. Help define lifecycle processes for hardware and software asset management, focusing on efficiency and regulatory compliance. Support the use of Service Now Discovery and related tools to maintain a reliable and up-to-date asset inventory.
