Job Description:
An opportunity for a Supply Chain & Quality Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
The selected candidate will join the TAOPOZ Team. Supply Chain Quality Management plays a decisive role at Airbus;
it is much more than anaviation law requirement to ensure compliance with quality requirements by our suppliers. In order to offer our customers the highest quality and provide an excellent on-time service, we demand the same from our supply chain. In this role, you will be responsible for one of the most important interfaces to our global supply chain, working in a multidisciplinary environment in close contact with Procurement, Engineering, Production, and Programme lines.




RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary operational interface with integral suppliers (including multiple functions and critical sub-tiers).
Assess supplier capacity, capability, and performance during the tendering phase and contribute to the final selection decision.
Manage supply chain and quality aspects of contracts, ensuring On-Time, On-Quality, and On-Cost (OToQoC) performance.
Ensure supplier quality approval and compliance with required certifications in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
Monitor new product introductions,
