You will be the primary point of contact for all pricing inquiries, working closely with various internal teams to deliver optimal pricing solutions.

What you'll do

- Develop and present detailed pricing solutions for clients by collaborating with internal departments such as Trucking and Supply Chain Operations.
- Gather rates from carriers and subcontractors, ensuring that all data is accurately recorded in our cost and sales databases.
- Address dynamic pricing requests, handling both spot and fixed rate inquiries efficiently.
- Oversee the conversion process by actively following up on spot pricing submissions to ensure timely responses.
- Serve as the primary contact for air pricing-related questions, addressing escalations from sales and account management teams as needed.
- Monitor various communication channels to provide prompt support and effectively manage incoming requests.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements that can boost regional profitability and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity within our internal systems and actively monitor for any potential revenue leakage.
- Participate in strategic initiatives such as bid mapping and performance analysis to support overall business objectives.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a professional setting.
- A background in industry operations, procurement, or technology is essential.
- Familiarity with import or export processes from a sales, procurement, or operational viewpoint.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong vendor relationships.




- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.

Nice to have

- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- Basic programming skills would be beneficial.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Looker for data visualization and insights.
- Familiarity with Claude for communication and collaboration.
